Publicity and Publications The Publicity and Publications Committee is responsible for publicizing the activities of the Northeast District through the NED newsletter, Viewpoints and other public media.VIEWPOINTS is published in September, December, February and April by the editor, Sally Breen. Member congregations are encouraged to send news of their congregation to the editor for inclusion in VIEWPOINTS. The deadline is the first Wednesday of the months of publication.
