Wayne has offered independent consulting services to Unitarian Universalist congregations for the past twenty years. During that time, he has worked with over two hundred congregations. He is a long-time member of the First Universalist Church in Yarmouth, Maine. He has earned a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems and brings a comprehensive, systemic approach to guiding and coaching congregations.
