In response to the need for our congregations to compensate their ministers and staff fairly, the Unitarian Universalist Association has developed a program to support compensation consultants in every District. This person is available to consult with churches' boards and ministers in providing fair compensation for all church employees. This resource, available to our churches and ministers, is funded by both the Unitarian Universalist Association and the NED.
